Bangkok is a city of culinary parallels. Street food from the capital is widely renowned for its intricate flavours and delicate teasing of the senses. Between the 3rd and 9th of September 2018, The Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel invites you to join them in sampling the more exclusive side of Bangkok’s gastronomical spectrum.
In partnership with San Pellegrino and Gastronauts Asia, Anantara will boast a (Michelin) star studded cast, to perform at the 19th annual World Gourmet Festival.
Allesandro Del Favero, Oliver Piras, Han Li Guang and Jeong Ho Kim are but a few of the 13 chefs involved, who boast 12 Michelin stars between them. This eclectic range of world renowned chefs are set to impress guests, as is Paul A Young, a member of the British chocolatier avant-garde.
