Superyacht 'Project Bravo' Technical Launch

Superyacht ‘Project Bravo’ Technical Launch

The technical launch of Oceanco’s Y718, also known as Project Bravo, took place at Zwijnenburg Shipbuilding in Capelle aan den IJssel yesterday. The 105m hull hit the water at 7PM.

After Oceanco’s recent launched Y714, the 4,000 GT Project Bravo will be the second yacht built in the Dutch shipyard’s new drydock, due to be launched in Summer 2018.

Nuvolari-Lenard styled her exterior design, whilst Reymond Langton Design was responsible for her interior. Project Bravo has a steel hull and aluminium construction, able to sleep up to 14 guests and a crew of 30. The yacht will feature a heli deck and two large tenders. Performance wise Project Bravo will be powered by two MTU diesel engines.

“Project Bravo is a revision of the Alfa Nero albeit with 30 metres more length and seven years more experience. The yacht has 50% more volume than Alfa Nero, but is still incredibly sleek and proportionate.”
Dan Lenard
